Canada's Nazem Kadri is a professional ice hockey player playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs National Hockey League (NHL) team for the past four seasons since he was drafted seventh overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
Kadri had a lot to prove this 2012-13 NHL season as time was running out for him being in the fringes of the Toronto Maple Leafs for the past few years, save for a decent previous season for which he is still in the team. But, this season he has proved to be the dark horse for the Toronto Maple Leafs and he also notched his first hattrick for the Maple Leafs playing against the New York Islanders on February 28th, 2013.
